Federal Ombudsman directs CDA to digitise its record by Sept 30

ISLAMABAD: Chairing a meeting of the Capital Development Authority (CDA), the Federal Ombudsman (Wafaqi Mohtasib) Syed Tahir Shahbaz ordered the civic authority to digitise its record by September 30, 2021.
In addition, CDA was also asked to provide an access road for the Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) Bhara Kahu Scheme on a priority basis.
Discussing matters further, the authority was also told to take strict action in order to ensure the completion of all codal formalities of the Regulators by all, be it the government or the private sector.
The apartment flats constructed under Cat-I have been completed, whereas work on flats under Cat-II is in progress, with 70% of work on parks and other facilities has been completed.
In addition, over 2000 flats are under construction in Sector I-15, the CDA Chairman, Mr. Amir Ali Ahmed, added while giving a detailed briefing on the ongoing projects in the federal capital.
