Zameen.com, the pioneering real estate portal in Pakistan, has concluded a successful episode of the Zameen Business Connect Event in Karachi. The event was held at Cliff Vista, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, on Sept. 16, 2021, from 6:00 Pm to 9:30 PM. The success of the event can be gauged by the fact that the turnover of the attendees was more than that was expected. More than 120 Zameen Affiliates were in attendance which also included premium affiliates.

Grand Business Connect Event In Karachi

Zameen.com has the title of being the pioneer in digitizing the real estate sector of Pakistan and since then the organization has been steering the industry towards growth and innovation. Through Business Connect Events in different cities of Pakistan, the organization brings quality, safe and profitable investment solutions to its affiliates.

The Business Connect Event in Karachi was long-overdue but due to COVID-19 restrictions in the city and the safety of the attendees, it was put on hold. The news of the latest event, therefore, was well-received by Zameen Affiliates in Karachi. About 120 affiliates attended the event which was more than 70% of what was expected including premium affiliates.

Zameen.com recognizes the efforts of its affiliates and as part of the recognition and appreciation for their achievements, premium affiliates were also given gift boxes at the ceremony.

The Business Connect Events are designed to educate Zameen Affiliates on different aspects of Zameen.com’s operations that can help the realtors achieve more. This includes usage of Propforce App and its importance along with unveiling new projects along with the commission structure.

Orientation

Business Connect Events are important for affiliates because the platform presents them with the opportunity of interacting with the higher management of Zameen.com. 

After welcoming the attendees, an overview of Zameen.com was given. The session was conducted by Manager Affiliate Network Agha Sultan who also elaborated on how being an affiliate is different from being an independent realtor. Zameen Affiliate Programme gives access to unique projects which are exclusively marketed by Zameen.com and the resources they can use to stay ahead of the competition. 

Showcasing of Projects

This is the most exciting session of the entire event because here the management unveils project(s) for Zameen Affiliates. Zameen.com holds exclusive marketing rights of these projects and only the Zameen Affiliates are granted the access to sell these projects after signing a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the organization. This gives an equal opportunity to the new and seasoned realtors to earn better commissions using the available resources of Zameen.com.

This time around, Cliff Vista, located in the heart of Karachi, grabbed the spotlight at the event.  

Demo Of Propforce Application

Zameen.com has developed a product that helps its affiliate network in sales of different projects by giving them access to properties from the exclusive inventory. The application is called Propforce and is also used by the affiliates to add leads and record data of new and existing clients.

To acquaint the attendees with the usability of this application and how they can use it for better results, a live demo of the online application was given. To help the affiliates understand the application better and clear any ambiguities, the floor was opened for a Q&A session.

Senior Management Address

As mentioned earlier, Zameen Business Connect Events provide opportunities to affiliates to interact with the upper management of Zameen.com. They can also raise their concerns and get more information on different projects as well as the organization’s effort to further revolutionize the property sector. At ZBC Karachi, the senior management discussed the future prospects of business especially in the city of Karachi. 

About Cliff Vista
