The Dubai Expo 2020 is one of the most anticipated global events that celebrate ideas, cultures, and shared social values. The event has been delayed by almost a year because of the coronavirus pandemic. Originally scheduled to begin in October 2020, the event will now start on October 1, 2021, and will run for a period of six months, ending on March 31, 2021.

Upon entering the facility, visitors will be greeted by an immersive, multi-sensory experience that brilliantly showcases the country’s ancient history, cultural diversity, and natural attractions in colourful and interesting ways. The infotainment avenue will also exhibit the economic potential of Pakistan for prospective investors to explore.

The Dhabba, Souvenir Shop and Other Major Attractions

The Pakistan Pavilion has been divided into eight key areas dedicated to different activities, designed to enhance the experience of visitors as they continue exploring the country’s hidden treasures showcased at the facility. 

To provide visitors with an absolute Pakistani experience, a food court by the name of “The Dhabba” has also been set up at the pavilion, bringing the authentic taste of the country’s original culinary specialties. It will only feature dishes prepared with traditional methods and spices, representing the diverse culinary culture of Pakistan in its true colours.

The Pakistan Pavilion has also been equipped with a souvenir shop selling art and craft products, exhibiting the country’s unique traditions and skills of the local artisans. It will allow visitors to explore and take home some of the finest pieces of Pakistani culture.
