Interior Design Cost in Pakistan
Interior design cost in Pakistan has two parts: the design fee and the execution (materials and work). Both depend mainly on the factors below, and ACCO prices every project from an itemised BOQ after a site visit.
| Cost factor | How it affects the price |
|---|---|
| Area and number of rooms | Execution is usually priced per sq ft or per room |
| Finish level | Local vs imported marble, laminate vs veneer or lacquer, standard vs designer lighting |
| Scope | Design only, design plus supervision, or turnkey design and execution |
| Joinery and furniture | Wardrobes, kitchens and bespoke furniture are often the largest single cost |
| MEP changes | Moving AC, plumbing or electrical points adds civil work |
| 3D visualization | Number of rooms rendered and revision rounds |
For a new house, ACCO's published 2026-27 Lahore rate for complete finishing (plaster, flooring, woodwork, kitchen, bathrooms, wiring, fixtures and paint) is about PKR 3,900–5,300 per sq ft; decorative interiors, furniture and luxury finishes are quoted separately. See house finishing services.
