LDA seals several buildings over illegal commercial use

LAHORE: Lahore Development Authority (LDA) officials, on Monday, sealed several buildings over illegal commercial use and failure to pay dues at Faisal Town and Link Road Model Town.
As per sources, the sealed properties violated the commercialisation fee ranging up to Rs7.3 million. The properties at Faisal Town included plot numbers 24B, 17B, 13B, 53B, 64B, 43B, 33A and 598.
Model Town properties that were sealed included property offices, garments shops, general stores, tea stalls, polyclinic, burger points and pharmacy stores.
